As a travel administrator at Länstrafiken, you play a crucial role in helping people get to medical appointments and other important errands. You are often the first point of contact – a reassuring voice on the other end of the line who listens, guides, and finds solutions when they are truly needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage bookings for transport services and medical trips via phone.

• Coordinate trips and book them.

• Assess and process orders according to applicable regulations and agreements.

• Collaborate closely with your colleagues in the team.

Who are you?We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others and has a natural sense of service. You like to interact with people, even when there is a lot to do – you remain calm, are attentive, and see solutions where others may see problems. To succeed in this role, we believe you have several years of work experience from customer service, switchboard, or a similar service profession and feel comfortable working with computers and various systems. You are structured, meticulous, and used to taking responsibility, while also enjoying collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.About the position:

• Working hours: weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00, distributed over various scheduled shifts.

• Location: Umeå, Lycksele, or Skellefteå

• Number of positions: 1–2

• Employment type: Permanent

• Start date: By agreement, selection will be ongoing
